Over the years, many of our clients have asked us to design or execute leadership training for their specific workforce. Seeing the need across industries, leadership classifications, and even tenure, we’ve created a leadership development offering that combines reflection, research and science-based learning, and discussion with a true coaching experience for people leaders who are ready to take their leadership practice to the next level.

3 Ways to Participate!

Reflect, Learn, Discuss

Each session will provide transformative equity-based concepts to Leaders who will experience a blend of visual and kinaesthetic learning through self-reflection, small group activities and community discussion.

Coaching

Leaders will be introduced to the principles of Energy Leadership to help them understand how they access and utilize catabolic and anabolic energy during stress-inducing moments such as workplace conflicts and challenges. We’ll address how they can control the impact they have on others by adjusting their energy. In each session, we’ll aim to awaken the leaders’ potential to maximize their impact on their people.

Leaders will be coached to assess and reimagine, in some cases, their personal approach to conflict resolution, employee engagement, talent management, and collaboration with internal leaders. Discovering ways to show up for the opportunity to lead with courage, equity, empowerement, and accountability.

Through private and observed one-on-one coaching with Tia B. Coachman as well as peer coaching, each Flourishing Leader will experience energy-based empowerment coaching with the objective of nurturing confidence, affirming sphere of control and power, and guiding transformational growth.

Summer Intensives
The Summer Workshop Intensives are designed for Leaders who want to invest in their leadership practice but may not be able to commit to the upcoming 8-week cohorts in the Fall and Winter

2 sessions each Wednesday to accommodate flexible summer schedules.

No participant limit

Includes 2.5 hours of learning, discussion, and reflection on various leadership strategies

Mostly observed (group) coaching sessions, except Week 5 which is designed specifically with peer coaching as part of the learning experience

The Cohort Experience

Frequently Asked Questions

Once enrolled, there are no refunds unless you (or someone you are a caretaker for) has a medical emergency. We are strict about this because when you enroll, you’re officially taking on of the limited spots available per session or cohort.
Yes, 2- and 3-month installment plans are available for early registrants only. Payment plans are available whether your cost is sponsored by your organization or if you are paying independently.
For these sessions to be fruitful, it is important for peer learning to include the sharing of lived experiences – professional and personal. As is stated in the Community Agreements, attendees are requested to practice “taking the lessons and leaving the stories”. There can be no guarantee that information that is shared will remain confidential post-session; however, every effort is made toward the community practice of confidential sharing.
Most of the material used in each session is the intellectual property of Affirma Consultancy unless otherwise noted. Some materials may be shared with attendees for independent use, while other materials may not. It is important to be fully present and to take your own notes during each session so that you can reference what you have learned.

To accommodate those working remotely around the world, each workshop intensive will be hosted virtually via Zoom.

Registration Steps

Step 1

Complete the registration survey. No payment is required until completion of Step 2.

Step 2

Within 24 hours of survey receipt, you will receive the registration agreement. Make sure to thoroughly review it, upload your payment method for a credit card or ACH payment, and then submit with your signature.

An enrollment confirmation email will be sent shortly thereafter.
