As a retainer based service, we’ll dedicate up to 10 hours a month through scheduled touch bases with your team to:

03 Leading the Search

  • From attraction to selection, we’ll partner alongside you as we lead the full talent search to find the Leaders who will have the most impact on your people
  • We'll manage the entire search to find the right People Leaders who'll have oversight over Human Resources, Operations, and/or Finance

The initial virtual screening

From the initial virtual screening, to preparing me and clearly articulating what to expect during the panel interviews with the company, to following up on next steps throughout the interview process, Affirma was TOP NOTCH.
